We are looking for a new colleague to join the office team at Koeweit Oliehandel. We’re looking for someone who can keep track of the big picture, thinks on their feet, and enjoys managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a varied role.
You’ll be joining an informal team with short lines of communication, where people work hard but there’s also room for camaraderie and your own input. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just wait around, but gets things done. Experience in the waste management industry is a major advantage. For example, if you've worked at a similar organization, that's definitely a plus.
In this role, you’ll be a key link in our day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure that orders are entered, processed, and scheduled correctly, maintain contact with drivers and customers, and provide administrative support as needed. You’ll answer the phone, process incoming emails, and ensure that questions and requests are handled correctly. You’ll also handle accounts receivable and assist the collection driver as needed, including with order entry. In addition, you’ll work in accordance with the procedures and methods outlined in the environmental and quality management system. This is a role that combines structure, accuracy, and communication. You’ll need to be able to switch gears easily, maintain an overview, and organize your work independently.
