We generally follow the same procedure for all our waste streams. The acceptance criteria, storage options, and financial arrangements may vary by waste stream.
The first step is simple: you submit your order to us by phone, email or our website. As soon as your request arrives, we immediately forward it to the driver in your area. This way we make sure everything is arranged quickly and efficiently.
The driver serving your region makes his own schedule to pick up the waste from your place. Usually this happens within 2 weeks. Would you like to know in advance when the driver will come by? Please indicate this when placing your order.
On the agreed-upon day, the driver will stop by to pick up the waste. You will receive the white copy of the accompanying letter, which lists the details of the waste and the quantities. You’ll also receive a sealed container with a sample of the waste stream, which you must keep for 6 weeks. The driver will also take a sample for verification.
Once the truck is full, the driver takes it to our depot in Lelystad. Here everything is unloaded for further processing. The process runs streamlined, so your waste materials are processed quickly and safely.
Upon arrival at the depot, we take a composite sample of the tanker’s entire contents. This sample is tested for, among other things, the levels of organic halogen compounds, PCBs, the flash point, and the water content. If everything is in order, the waste materials are unloaded into the appropriate collection tanks.
Should there be anything abnormal in the sample analysis, we will look at the individual sample containers to find out where the contamination is coming from. If there is a problem, we will contact you immediately to discuss it.
After unloading, we send all guidance letters to our headquarters in Lelystad. There we prepare the invoices, which we send to you digitally whenever possible. On the invoice you will find all the information you need for your environmental administration.
The invoice contains the details of the waste collected and the quantities. Keep it safe so that you can always present the correct documents in case of an inspection by the environmental officer.
Finally, we report to the government which waste materials we have collected from you and in what quantities. This assures you of correct and transparent handling of your waste streams.
We work as authorized collector in accordance with the strictest laws and regulations governing oil-containing waste to ensure safety and compliance. Our processes meet the standards of the Dutch Association of Chemical Waste Processors. This means you can count on transparency and always remain fully compliant.
