Koeweit Oil Trading provides advanced sensors for installation on finished oil tanks. These sensors monitor the fill level daily, eliminating the need for manual tracking.
Real-time monitoring allows us to quickly and efficiently anticipate when a tank is nearly full and immediately schedule a collection. This ensures efficient planning, reduced risk and maximum peace of mind for your business.
The first step is simple: you submit your order to us by phone, email or our website. As soon as your request arrives, we immediately forward it to the driver in your area. This way we make sure everything is arranged quickly and efficiently.
The driver serving your region makes his own schedule to pick up the waste from your place. Usually this happens within 2 weeks. Would you like to know in advance when the driver will come by? Please indicate this when placing your order.
On the appointed day, the driver will come by to pick up the waste oil. You will receive the white copy of the guidance letter detailing the waste materials and quantities. You will also receive a sealed jar with a sample of the collected oil, which you must keep for 6 weeks. The driver will also take a sample himself for inspection.
Once the truck is full, the driver takes it to our depot in Lelystad. Here everything is unloaded for further processing. The process runs streamlined, so your waste materials are processed quickly and safely.
Upon arrival at the depot, we take a mixed sample of the entire contents of the tanker. This sample is examined for organic halogen compounds, PCBs, flash point and water content, among other things. If everything is in order, the waste materials are unloaded into the appropriate collection tanks.
Should there be anything abnormal in the sample analysis, we will look at the individual sample containers to find out where the contamination is coming from. If there is a problem, we will contact you immediately to discuss it.
After unloading, we send all guidance letters to our headquarters in Lelystad. There we prepare the invoices, which we send to you digitally whenever possible. On the invoice you will find all the information you need for your environmental administration.
The invoice contains the details of the waste collected and the quantities. Keep it safe so that you can always present the correct documents in case of an inspection by the environmental officer.
Finally, we report to the government which waste materials we have collected from you and in what quantities. This assures you of correct and transparent handling of your waste streams.
We work according to the strictest laws and regulations surrounding oily waste to ensure safety and compliance. Our processes meet the standards of the Dutch Association of Processors of Chemical Waste. So you can count on transparency and always remain fully compliant.
Time and cost savings: We take the entire process of waste management off your hands, so you can focus on your core business.
Environmentally conscious business: With our sustainable recycling methods, you are actively helping to create a circular economy.
Reliable partner: We offer quick and efficient solutions tailored to the specific needs of your business.
